I Love Food

Who doesn’t like eating. There is something so wonderful and satisfying about sitting down to your favourite meal. The problem is that often the foods we love the most are the foods that are the unhealthiest for us. We seem to be programmed to eat fatty foods probably because when humans we evolving, we didn’t always know when our next meal was going to be. Also, humans didn’t have central heating back then so needed fat keep them warm. The problem is that there are people who love to eat so much that we end up with the need for teen weight loss camps.
